K-P plans Rs13,000 raise in salaries of 2nd-shift teachers

 The Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Assembly was educated on Mon that the provincial government has determined to extend the salaries of lecturers operating within the second shift in government faculties.

The government can increase the monthly payment from the present Rs12,000 to Rs25,000.

The house was told that the ‘double shift programme’, that was initiated to handle overcrowded school rooms within the 1st shift, has been to date launched in over 1378 faculties within the province.

Responding to a matter raised by MPA Humaira Khatoon, Minister for Labour Shaukat Yousafzai explicit  that equally, the govt has conjointly determined to expand the second shift to different overcrowded faculties so as to boost the standard of education.
